Separate files for questions and solutions

Hi everyone,
Based on student feedback from last sitting, I have created separate files for the questions and solutions for all manual sections and for the combined manual files. The idea is that you can now easily print just the questions, and then check your handwritten answers against the solution PDFs (instead of printing out the solution files as well). Hopefully this saves some paper and printing costs for you if you were considering this approach.
