There was a technical issue with the Surplus_1 video, where the Quicktime video was updated, but the medias player file was not. I reuploaded the video.

I had to update the study manual for ASOP20. I unfortunately was unaware that this paper was updated. THERE ARE BIG CHANGES. It is located in the ASOP20 section of the Study Manual website.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Fortunately the updated manual is only 2 pages.
