Errata file

I have uploaded an Errata file to the Introduction section of the website. Each time an error is posted, I fix the respective manual, and I usually will update the “combined” manuals too. Note that typically I do not update the manuals that contain manuals only/ cas exam questions only/ sample questions only (each found in the Additional Material section)
Please check the errata file periodically.
