A few small items changed today that I wanted to let you know about.

First, I updated the notation for several problems in B.2.4 to reflect the current source material notation for hazard rates instead of the original notation from some older problems and removed one problem that was redundant.

Also, E.2.4 #6 needed to have answer choices that were all less than 1, and this has been updated.   The correct answer choice did not change.

Sample exam 3 #14 has been changed, and the pdf files have been adjusted accordingly.
