Today I completed the updated flashcards for section D.

If you have finished viewing the lessons and are into your practice phase, I would suggest that you add flashcard review to your regular routine at this point.   Open the TIA Review app, and set the filter to only give you flashcards from section D.  That will restrict your view to the 194 updated flashcards, and you can cycle through these whenever you have a few minutes to start helping lock these concepts and formulas into your mind.
