I’ve completed the updates for TIA sample exams 2 and 3.

For sample exam 2, the problems affected were:

#3, #5, #6, #7, #8, #25, #26, #28, #29, #32, #36, #42

(However, two of these are trivial, as old #7 became new #6 and old #8 became new #7)

For sample exam 3, the problems affected were:

#5,  #12,  #26, #27,  #29,  #34, #35
