UPDATE: This notice is for the live seminar students only. I will be sending some files to the online seminar students a little later.

This morning I sent files over many emails, due to email bounces (due to attachment size limits in email systems).

You were to receive the following:

  • Case study summary
  • Exam tips
  • Practice problems (plain and with answers)
  • Annotated versions of the 5 syllabus sections

If you haven’t received these, please email me to tell me which you are missing, so I can get them to you.

    Hello Jonathan — I’m sorry I did not make it clear. That message was for the live seminar students (I’ve since edited this post). I will be sending files to the online students soon.
