live seminar 2009
I see some people are having trouble receiving my email. There are two things that may be snagging it – I’m emailing from a gmail account, and sometimes that gets flagged; also, I’ve BCCed everybody, which also sometimes gets an email flagged.
If possible, please add [email protected] to your safe senders list, and check your spam folder.
I have replied to all who have emailed me so far — if you haven’t received a reply from me, then there is a problem in sending/receiving mail. Please email an alternate email address, if possible.

I’ve been getting questions re: the live seminar.
Materials you need to bring: pdfs I will be emailing you next week. (If you do not get them by Friday, March 13, email me directly). Case study. Calculator. Ready brain.
If you want to bring study notes and textbooks for your own use, feel free, but all required material will be in the pdfs I send you.
To prepare: Please think of questions, areas that are giving you trouble. Note any readings that are not clear to you. In the live seminar, I will necessarily condense a lot of the material, but there will be time for Q&A on any of the material.
