Updates to B.5, B.6, B.7

Unfortunately, when the new MFE seminar was built out, a lesson was overlooked. This has been corrected, and it required a bit of moving of things around, which I’d like to describe.
1. B.6 became B.7.
2. The “new” B6 contains the “missing” lesson, on Put-Call parity.
3. The second lesson of B.6 was previously B.5.3.
4. B.4-B.7 have been renamed to appropriately match their content.
So, if you have already printed slides for these section, the only thing you will need to do is to print the slides for B.6.1. Of course, you could also reprint everything, but it is likely that just noting on your current printout the adjusted titles would suffice.
