Couret & Venter Quintiles Test Clarification
Hi everyone,
I just posted an update to the Couret & Venter material related to the quintiles test. Primarily, I re-wrote the description of the test to try and make it more clear, and changed the way I labeled some of the variables to try and make it a bit simpler to understand. I also changed my interpretation of the denominator of the first fraction of the SSE formula for the credibility procedure to what I believe makes more sense. From the C&V problem set, this impacted the manual, the notecard related to the quintiles test, the detail video, 2011 Q2, 2015 Q5, and practice problem 4.
I also updated question 5 from the 2015 TIA practice exam, which relates to this topic. I highly recommend that you take that practice exam (when you are ready, of course) and review the solution to that problem to get a better feel for the C&V quintiles test.
