Spring 2014 Updates
As you know the SOA is changing the format of MLC for the Spring 2014. MLC will now be multiple choice (around 20 questions worth 40 points) and written answer (around 56 points). How will the TIA seminar be updated?
1. A few lessons will be added for the new material. These are very minor. 95%+ of the syllabus is already covered in the lessons currently available.
2. A lesson will be added on exam taking strategy for the new exam format.
3. Video solutions to the new problems in the SOA318 sample multiple choice problems will be added.
4. Video solutions to the SOA21 sample written answer questions will be added.
5. New sample exams will be added. These sample exams will follow the new exam format.
I do not have a schedule for these updates. These updates will be available before you need them. Right now you should be focused on learning the material. The existing lessons should be great for that.
